What the service involves
A coordinated move of people from a place that is no longer safe to a stable environment. The operation is run by an experienced operations team working with up-to-date information: secure ground movement, transport coordinated to safe, functioning airports, continuous assessment of developments and real-time adjustments to the plan. No improvisation: in a crisis there is no room for it.
Who it is for
When you need it
When the situation deteriorates quickly in a region where a company has employees, managers or family. When a specific person must be brought out of another country after a personal threat. And ideally even earlier: the best evacuation is one that was planned in advance.
How it works in practice
It starts with a rapid assessment: who, where, what risks and what windows exist for movement. The operations team draws up the plan, arranges vehicles, routes and escorts, stays in constant contact with the client and the family, and manages the whole movement until everyone is safe. For companies we also offer preventive preparation: a crisis plan, call trees and scenarios for a sudden change in the situation.
Why Bodyguard Group®
The outcome depends on experience, speed and reliable coordination. Since 2009 we have protected people in Prague, across Europe and beyond, and our operations centre never closes. Crises do not keep office hours, and neither do we.
Frequently asked questions
Our operations line is staffed around the clock. Assessment and first steps begin as soon as we receive a request; how quickly we can deploy depends on the location and the situation. That is exactly why we advise companies to prepare a crisis plan in advance.
Our main focus is Europe. Evacuations from other regions are handled case by case with vetted partners. The deciding factors are always the specific situation and whether a safe movement is feasible.
That is not a problem; we start from where you are. In an acute case we work with what is available, and for companies we then prepare a plan so that next time nothing has to be improvised.
